Drinks Destroy Teeth is a program of the Indiana Dental Association. It does matter what drinks are in your home and what drinks are consumed when you are on the Go. Soft drinks, sports drinks, and juices contain a dose of acid and sugar that will soften the enamel and chemically destroy the outer layer of our teeth. Sugar will also feed the bacteria that causes tooth decay. Sipping a sugary, acidic drink all day long wh
ile working, studying or lounging will dissolve enamel as well as promotes cavities.   When you super size the drink,  you are also super sizing the chance for dental decay which leads to breakdown of your teeth. So take good care of your teeth and drink healthy drinks that will not harm your teeth.  Remember to protect your teeth and have them cleaned and checked at least every 6 months to maintain proper dental care!
